1. Services Provided

2. Service Booking & Confirmation
- Service bookings can be made via our website, telephone, or in person.
- A booking is confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email or message from HPCS Pest Control. This confirmation will include details of the service, pricing, and scheduled time.
- In the case of urgent service requests, availability will be subject to existing bookings.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing for our pest control services will be provided during the booking process. Prices may vary depending on the type of service and property size.
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, and other online payment methods.
- Additional charges may apply for follow-up visits or treatments required outside of the initially agreed scope.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- If you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to be present at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may be charged.
- HPCS Pest Control reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or technician availability.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure safe access to the property for our technicians.
- Any valuable items should be protected or removed from areas where the service will be performed.
- HPCS Pest Control is not responsible for any damages to household items that are not adequately secured by the customer.
6. Service Guarantee
- HPCS Pest Control guarantees the quality of its services for a specified period, depending on the type of pest treatment performed. Details of the guarantee will be provided after the service is completed.
- If pests reappear within the guarantee period, a follow-up service will be provided free of charge.
- The guarantee will be void if the customer fails to follow the recommendations provided by HPCS Pest Control regarding aftercare and preventive measures.
7. Health & Safety
- Our technicians use industry-approved pest control products and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Customers are responsible for following any specific instructions provided by the technician to ensure safety during and after the treatment.
- Customers must notify HPCS Pest Control of any allergies, health conditions, or specific concerns prior to the service.
8. Liability
- HPCS Pest Control will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- While we strive to minimize any disruption or damage during the pest control process, HPCS Pest Control is not liable for damages caused by pests to property or belongings.
- In the event of a dispute, our maximum liability will be limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Termination of Service
HPCS Pest Control reserves the right to terminate or refuse service in cases where customer behavior is inappropriate, abusive, or poses a safety risk to our staff.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
